Ever wonder why the feds, the counties, the cities, etc. have made things so complex? We do on a daily basis. We trust that most of what they produce in terms of regulations, codes, and review processes come from a genuine desire to create a better environment for all of us. We also think that perhaps things have gotten a little over-regulated and out of hand.

But, we're here to help you. We'll wade through the jibber-jabber, translate it into something more understandable, and then start doing the hoop jumping so we can all make it through.
