This new home for a lifestyle showroom and design studio fuses old and
new. The renovation of a 1940's bow truss building in Denver's Design
North District comes alive with the insertion of a piece of
architecture in the form of a floating loft. This unique object lands
in the center of the space and celebrates the historic shell by
contrast. Moments are created via stair and railing while the details
are celebrated through the space and furnishings. (Photos by Crystal
